Reggie is a girl on the cusp of adolescence with no interest in growing up. Thankfully for her, she has a magical key that can transport her to Party Island, where no one has to grow up. On party island, Reggie assumes the persona of Twelve and is beloved by the island's inhabitants. However, the Butt Witch is not so fond of Twelve, and often tries to ruin her fun.
