Catch! Teenieping, also known as Catch! Teenieping: Fairies of Emotion, is a magical girl Korean television series produced by SAMG Entertainment. The Fifth season is yet to be aired. It is partially available on Netflix, as well as on various Korean and Chinese streaming platforms.

Synopsis[]

Romi, a pretty normal girl at first glance, is actually the princess of a magic kingdom, the Emotions Kingdom. She came to Earth to catch all the Teeniepings, cute but very mischievous creatures that all have a unique power attached to an emotion or a concept they represent. They like to wreak havoc in all Harmony Town, and they're ready to do anything to not be caught!

To catch them, Romi has to transform into a magical princess with the help of the Royal Teeniepings that always accompany and support her, even though they are as childish as all the other Teeniepings! She must be really careful to keep her identity secret, as the people of Harmony Town do not believe in magic. It won't be an easy task to manage that all, but she is more than ready to catch them all!

First Season: Catch! Teenieping[]

Plot[]

Following an accident, Romi — the princess of the Emotions Kingdom — is sent to Earth to catch all of the Teeniepings when they are released from their Gate Cubes. To carry out her mission, she must live in Harmony Town and work at the Heartrose Bakerywith her older cousin Sarah, and three other boys (Ian, Kyle & Jun) by her side, leading a double life where she both helps out and catches the Teeniepings. To catch a Teenieping, Romi must transform into a princess as soon as she sees a freed Teenieping around, as they like to wreak havoc all over Harmony Town with their magic, and do everything they can to not be caught!

To carry out her mission, Romi must rely on the Royal Teeniepings, a special class of Teeniepings who are in charge of helping Romi. Like the other Teeniepings, they have also been scattered all over Harmony Town, which Romi progressively encounters in the early episodes of the season. And while they take their mission very seriously, they can also be as immature as the other Teeniepings!

As Romi's mission progresses, however, Happying — the sixth Royal Teenieping — has not been seen for a long time. To make matters worse, Giggleping — the self-proclaimed master of pranks — appears and tries everything to steal Romi's Magic Catcher to pull the greatest prank of all time: freeing all of the Teeniepings Romi has caught! And as Romi's mission gets more and more difficult, she makes some odd — and sometimes shocking — discoveries about this mischievous Teenieping...

Second Season: Twinkle Catch! Teenieping[]

Plot[]

The Jewel Teeniepings, special jewel-themed Teeniepings residing in the Jewel Forest, are all released on Earth by a mysterious masked Teenieping by the name of Maskping. Romi, returning to Harmony Town to live a normal life, is once again assigned to catch them all, accompanied by three new Royal Teeniepings — Teeheeping, Trustping & Joahping — studying at the Royal Teenieping Schoolled by the Royal Teeniepings (minus Heartsping) who returned to the Emotions Kingdom.

To help the newbies out, Heartsping becomes the teacher of the Teenieping School, a new special school opened to all the caught Jewel Teeniepings. Together they form a very linked community, learning about Earth and facing new adventures every day. As for Romi, she continues her regular life and transforms into a princess just like before so she can catch the Jewel Teeniepings. It's not an easy task for her to catch them, as they often misunderstand her intentions, which forces her to race against them like times of old!

Throughout the season, Maskping tirelessly tries to defeat the Jewel Teeniepings by organizing multiple attacks, each one more complex than the last. As the story progresses, the Royal Teeniepings lead the investigation, discovering more and more clues about Maskping's true identity, as the everyday life at Harmony Town gets more and more dangerous for Romi and her friends.

Third Season: Secret Catch! Teenieping[]

Plot[]

The Key Teeniepings, special Teeniepings residing in the Mystic Town of the Emotions Kingdom, are once again released to Earth by Jennie, now with more cruel intentions than ever! As the evil princess settles in the now-deserted Mystic Town, Romi is tasked with catching them all, with the help of the three Royal Key Teeniepings, and of a mysterious Teenieping locked in a chest, whose identity remains a secret...

While being guided by Jennie into wreaking havoc and attacking Romi, the freed fairies have the power to hide in objects, making Romi's mission even more difficult (and exciting)! Between the crazy adventures of everyday life and the thrilling mission of Romi, the princess hopes to mend her broken friendship with Jennie, whom she hopes she will be able to reconcile with someday.

Fourth Season: Dessert Catch! Teenieping[]

Plot[]

The Dessert Teeniepings are known for making the most delicious treats, but that was until Puffping, a seemingly normal Dessert Teenieping, stole the Magic Sugar Ball, releasing all his friends on Earth for Romito catch! Romi and the Royal Dessert Teeniepingsthen get on a new mission, and learn more about the life of the Dessert Village, while also meeting two Teeniepings who refuse to show their faces and can't stop arguing. And while Puffping's attempts to stop them fortunately always remain unsuccessful, it seems like his actions might be hiding a bigger mystery...

Fifth Season: Star Catch! Teenieping[]

Plot[]

A regular day begins until a mysterious Black Hole has appeared towards the Space Star Village, sucking every Star Teenieping and the planets in! This brings off a new adventure with Romi and Heartsping on Harmony Town with 3 Royal Teeniepings to help them out! Will they be able to catch all the Star Teeniepings and restore peace?
