Since the early death of his parents, Takami Akitoshi has lived alone with his beautiful elder sister, Hitomi, while concealing his dirty desires for her.
One day, a mysterious girl named Mina enters his room. She introduces herself as Death and explains that she came to take his soul because he had reached the end of his lifespan. Hearing his screams, Hitomi runs in and, after the situation is explained to her, asks Mina to spare him.
Mina, moved by her earnestness, tells them that if Takami fathers a child within a week, she will let him live another 10 years.
Hearing her condition, he turns his face to Hitomi…

Akitoshi and his attractive elder sister, Hitomi, are in a crowded train on their way to school when Akitoshi gives into his fantasy of groping Hitomi, not aware that he begins to do that to her on the train until he opens his eyes. Later at home, he is visited by a spirit of death dressed like a cosplayer, who has come to claim his soul. Hitomi comes to his rescue and offers her soul in place of his until the death spirit offers them a different solution that can spare Akitoshi's life, so long as he does so within a week, otherwise, she will have no choice but to claim his soul.
2- "Haramase Isshuukan Hajimaru!" ("Impregnation begins for 1 week!")[]

After an unfortunate encounter with Mina, Akitoshi has to help her achieve a mission for her Shinigami superior. To do this, he has to spend the day with her, much to his surprise, since she is seen by many people in her cosplay outfit. Akitoshi asks her to later be his coach in learning a new technique to please Hitomi, which results in Hitomi catching them and getting angry at her brother.
3- "Ane no Shikyuu wo Datosu!" ("I let my sister's womb fall down!")[]

Hoping to win Hitomi back, Akitoshi enlists Mina to engage in a three-way with himself and Hitomi. Hitomi eventually forgives Akitoshi and the siblings reconcile, but have they done so in time to save Akitoshi from dying?
